Watts Bar-Cumberland Ministries is founded on the following core beliefs:
* A created Heaven and Earth (Genesis 1:1)
* Jesus is the Son of God (Matthew 17:5)
* Jesus died, was buried, and rose from the dead (Matthew 27,28; Mark 15,16;
Luke 23,24; John 19,20)
* Salvation is a gift of God, received by faith (Ephesians 2:8,9; Romans 6:23)
* Sin entered the world by one man Adam (Genesis 3; Romans 5)
* All have sinned (Romans 3:23)
* The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23)
* Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6)
* Every knee shall bow before him (Philippians 2:9,10)
* A coming resurrection of the Saints (I Corinthians 15:51-58)
