Profiles
Scott Boles, Director
Scott, an engineer by trade, was given a burden in the early 2000's to start a ministry in his home area that focused largely on gospel music, but as time progressed, the Lord has allowed the ministry to grow and branch into other areas, including the publishing of numerous devotionals here at wbcministries.net. Scott has been involved in music from a young age, and was a church youth choir leader for three years and has provided bass vocals three or four different church quartets. Occasionally, he has been asked to fill in and teach a Sunday School class or do other church work.
Scott is a lifelong resident of East Tennessee, having grown up in Kingston and attended Roane County High School, where he graduated in 1991. Scott is of the Baptist faith, and he makes his home in Kingston with his wife, Amy, and their two children.
Updated Message from Scott (2/01/10)
Thank you, again, for your interest in Watts Bar-Cumberland Ministries.
It is our heart's desire to be found following God's will in directing this
ministry work in a way that would be pleasing unto Him, and fulfilling unto our
Christian brethren in Roane and nearby counties. We are looking forward to great
things in 2010. God has opened several doors throughout the life of this
ministry, and we are believing, claiming, that more will be opened in 2010. We
sincerely desire all your prayers that God will lead, guide and direct as we
move forward, and that He will place the right people in our pathway. In the
last three years, God has really allowed us to grow while studying and searching
to promote this ministry, and for that we are truly thankful. We are truly
blessed, and our desire is to be a blessing to our neighbors. Thank you once
again for your support and your future prayers. May God bless you all.
-Scott
